The Media/Marketing Department communicates the vision and mission of TLWCI to the masses via video, print and electronic mediums (i.e., church newsletter, bulletin, bulletin boards, church sign, visitor bags, church website, social networking sites, etc.
The Drama team shall provide powerful illustrations and spiritual concepts through dramatic presentations in the form of plays, skits, spoken word, soliloquy's, etc. These methods will also be used internally and externally as tools for evangelism.
Disciples and nurtures new members in the body of Christ; helping them to find their place in TLWCI and grow in their Christian walk.
For teenagers and young adults passionately on fire for Christ; serving Him with lives that are sold-out for righteousness; reaching other youth by being examples in their schools, families, activities, neighborhoods, etc.
The Community Outreach Department is an outreach of servant-hood to our local, state, national and international communities, by which the Love of God can be delivered to meet the natural and spiritual needs of the community. Project Love helps to feed the hungry, clothe the needy, provide workforce development training and other outreach efforts into the hospitals, prison, schools, etc.

The A/V department ensures that TLWCI's expressions of the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ reaches the lost, and God's message of redemption, love and healing is available to all through television, radio, internet, CD's, DVD's, and all other mediums available.
The role of the Co- Pastor is to lead the church, shepherd the flock, minister to the needs of the congregation, prepare for worship, and seek spiritual leadership from God on behalf of the congregation.
The Ushers are responsible for supporting the ministering of congregants as the Pastors pray and minister to them. This includes praying, providing covering, deliverance, ensuring the member's safety, facilitating the prayer lines, representing the ministry during the call to repentance and opening the doors of the church for membership, etc.
The Men of Valor department provides services and ministry to meet the specific and unique needs of men; building and fostering healthy male bonding, supporting one another in their Christian walk and challenging each other to be the men of God that they are created to be; restoring them to their priestly positions of Godly husbands, fathers, sons, mentors and leaders through the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Intercessory team is responsible for providing a prayer covering for the leadership, members, church, visitors, etc. of TLWCI. They stand in the gap and contend against demonic forces that would try to come against the will of God in TLWCI. They stand as Watchman on the Wall, seeing the enemy from afar and strategizing before he can attack. They utilize effective, fervent prayers that birth the Kingdom of God in the earth. They approach the throne of God boldly, having confidence that He hears their prayers and answers them. They dwell in the Secret Place of the Most High God and abide under the Shadow of the Almighty.
The Director, on behalf of the TLWCI EXECUTIVE BODY, employs the staff and provides oversight of all the work of True Love Worship Center, International. Such work is accomplished primarily through ministry teams (departments) The Director is accountable to the Council under personal policies maintained by the Council and applicable to all staff of True Love Worship Center, International.
The Dance team shall minister unto the Lord using their bodies as a living sacrifice; each movement of their limbs bringing God glory, while displaying a prophetic message of praise and worship through movement.
Facilitating all the financial responsibilities of TLWCI including, but not limited to accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, 501(C)(3), budgets, strategic planning, etc.
